FLORIDA POLICE RECORDS MANAGEMENT: A ONE-DAY REFRESHER SEMINAR

If you have previously attended our two-day Florida Police Records Management Seminar, definitely plan to attend this one-day follow-up program. The seminar continues where the first one left off and affords discussion on such topical areas as (1) recent rulings related to the Florida public laws and regulations; (2) Attorney General updates and opinions; (3) expungement process; (4) sealing of records; (5) conducting self-audits; (6) developing a plan of action to improve your records section; (7) budget constraints and how to deal with them; (8) maximizing staff time utilization; and (9) case studies and open forum discussion. Program will be conducted March 23, 2011 at the Winter Park Police Department, 500 North Virginia Avenue, Winter Park, Florida. Class will be in session 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

FEE
$195 per person.

Failure to do so will obligate your agency to pay the registration fee. Substitution may be made at any time, including the opening session of the program you plan to attend.
