INCIDENT/TACTICAL DISPATCH TEAM: ITS FORMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION AT YOUR COMMUNICATION CENTER
December 2-3, 2010
An all-new program with a focus on how communication center might plan for and utilize an incident/tactical team. Designed primarily for communication center directors and supervisors, this two-day program will cover the following: (1) introduction to incident/tactical team concepts; (2) determining the need for such a team; (3) gaining up-level support for such a team; (4) developing the proposal; (5) planning and developing the team; (6) team make-up; (7) implementing the team; (8) publicizing and advertising your team; (9) specific training concepts; (10) responding and utilizing the team; and (11) Maintaining your team. DATE/LOCATION/TIME
Seminar will be conducted December 2-3, 2010 at the County Administration Building, Conference Room 6, 366 North Church Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina. Class will be in session 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.daily with appropriate breaks. NOTE: This is a change of seminar site address from that noted in the original announcement.

FEE
$295 per person.
